Buying our first holiday property in Florida is a dream come true. Our management guy nearly ruined it for us. He took bookings at ridiculous low rate, without much checks, within a year there were always lots of wall marks and other wear & tear. It just seemed like he really did not care. He still charge us 10% of the low rates he got (as long as he rented it), monthly fees, plus the rest. We spent every holiday visit fixing, touching up with paint and more!
